Corbezzolo honey is the one Sardinian jar that surprises a sweet tooth. It opens floral and finishes bitter, with a note of cocoa and smoke. Drizzle it on fresh pecorino, or take it on a spoon when the weather turns. A good year yields little; a poor year, almost none.
